Your training plan might include access to Ampersand Coaches for additional support in your new role.

From Your Weekly Check-In
At least 48 hours prior to your coaching session, check that you have everything correctly set up with Zoom, Google Calendar, and your webcam and communicate any issues to your coach via emai
All Ampersand participants are required to complete a Weekly Check-In by 12pm CT every Friday. After filling out the initial manager update form, your check-in will prompt you to send questions and concerns directly to your Ampersand Career Coach. Utilize this form to keep us informed of high priority questions, concerns, and discussion topics for your upcoming coaching session(s).
No matter where you are in your journey to become the perfect professional, there will ALWAYS be opportunities to grow. Showing a Coach or Supervisor that you are prepared to grow from a challenge is a fabulous way to nail your first impression. Showing a Coach or Supervisor that you are prepared to take notes so you can remember feedback? That's an A+.
