A coach will wait no longer than 5 minutes before counting a meeting as a No-Show. Because we work with a high volume of Professionals, rescheduling is highly discouraged. If a scheduling conflict arises, please email your coach at least 24 hours ahead of time. In addition to the above criteria, you will be evaluated based on your timeliness and professional presence. You can find deeper instructions on what to expect in Course 10: Match Readiness, but here are some quick tips for success as a refresher:
No matter where you are in your journey to become the perfect professional, there will ALWAYS be opportunities to grow. Showing a Coach or Supervisor that you are prepared to grow from a challenge is a fabulous way to nail your first impression. Showing a Coach or Supervisor that you are prepared to take notes so you can remember feedback? That's an A+.
While your Ampersand Career Coach will lead the interview, it is your job to keep things moving along by showing up with all necessary materials prepared, ensuring your interview answers are concise, and asking any logistical questions that might affect the interview ahead of time.
Check that you have everything correctly set up with Zoom, Google Calendar, and your webcam at least 24 hours before joining your interview.
